SERVPRO of Newtown and Southern Litchfield County responds to hundreds of jobs each year. Whether it be a burst pipe, a kitchen fire or mold found in the basement, most of our customers are dealing with a stressful situation and trust us to be the experts who can help them out. For our customers, having their home and belongings destroyed is a traumatic experience. The opportunity to come into a home in need with the knowledge, equipment and skilled workers required to repair the damage is greatly rewarding to us. 

The best part of our jobs is when we get feedback from our customers letting us know how we have helped them.

"We had a leak in our dining room which resulted in ceiling and floor damage. The entire room needed to be gutted and re done. SERVPRO was fast and efficient. They came in and gutted the room in a couple of days and prepared it for the renovation. It was a whirlwind of activity. They made it easier for us as they have the process down pat. For the reno they sent a representative (Brenda) to help us through all the details. It was like having a personal assistant. Once the insurance money came they sent Santiago and his team to redo the room. They were actually fun and very upbeat.
