This program is an online training course that prepares production technicians and crew chiefs  for real world applications.  Through the program, they are taught the key principals of water and fire mitigation and how to do the work safely.  As the student progresses through the program, more advanced modules are available such as textile cleaning and how to best manage the contents of a home or business. 

Through this uniform and well considered training program, a foundation of practical knowledge is gained in order to make each team nationwide prepared to meet your expectations.
