Water Damage in New Milford Home: "They were actually fun and very upbeat"

When the ceiling in the dining room of this New Milford home started sagging and leaking, the homeowners knew that there was a problem. Indeed, a leak from the bathroom above was the culprit.

Our water damage restoration crew, led by Junior Delgado, mitigated the damage by setting up a containment system and then removing the damaged ceiling, molding, insulation and flooring.  The floor and ceiling joists were cleaned and a plant based anti-microbial agent applied.  Dehumidifiers and air movers were run to assure that the excess moisture was removed from the space.

At this home, our team repaired all of the damaged areas, which included installing new floors, ceilings and baseboards. Our designer also assisted the homeowner in making flooring and paint choices for the new design of the home.
