Greg Geaski
Since 2018, Greg Geaski of North Haven has owned and operated SERVPRO® of Newtown and Southern Litchfield County. After earning his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western New England University, Greg joined SERVPRO in 2005 and quickly discovered his passion for helping people during their toughest times. Seeing the potential in franchise ownership, he acquired his first franchise in 2008.
Committed to excellence, Greg took full advantage of the training opportunities provided by SERVPRO and the IICRC, a leading non-profit organization for inspection, cleaning, and restoration standards. His team is certified in Applied Structural Drying, Water Damage Restoration, Fire Damage Restoration, Health and Safety, and Lead and Abatement. From the beginning, Greg has built a strong, professional team through both certification and hands-on experience.
With a thriving franchise and a dedicated staff, Greg expanded his business by purchasing SERVPRO of Southbury/Torrington in 2013, SERVPRO of Newtown and Southern Litchfield County in 2018, and most recently, SERVPRO of Shelton and Naugatuck in 2021.

Charles J. Lynch
Chuck is our Construction and Repair Manager. With 24 years in the mitigation, restoration and construction industry, and 30 in the construction industry, Chuck performs full service construction and general contracting needs to many of our clients.
Chuck is proactive with his clientele and works hard to ensure that our customers receive the very best workmanship and value on every project. He is meticulous in his work and has an eye for detail that our customers appreciate.

Roseann Santamaria
Roseanne is one of our business development associates. In this role, Roseann spends her time in the community and helps us ascertain how we can best serve it. Prior to coming to SERVPRO, Roseann worked in the medical and legal fields and for the past 15 years, owned an auto glass company. She is a familiar face to many in the Milford community due to her volunteer work with various local charities.

Matt Caufield
Matt is one of our production managers. When we do work in your home or business, Matt will be available to help guide you through the restoration process. He has been with our franchise since 2013 and comes from the construction and mortgage industries. Matt's commitment to our customers is evident in the way that he always goes above and beyond in his work.

Danielle DeLibro
Danielle is the Director of Business Development. In this role, she is the eyes and ears for our business - spending time out in the area, meeting people, learning how we can best serve the community and spreading the word about the services we offer. Danielle has been with us for over a decade, having come to our company with 20 years of marketing, account management and business development experience. She is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a degree in Business Administration.

John Conrad
John Conrad is an essential asset to our Emergency Response Team, having been an emergency responder for over 10 years. John truly cares and is able to quickly develop a plan to overcome any type of emergency situation. He has a passion for guiding people through difficult times developing a plan with emphasis on communication, empathy, and attention to detail. John is a United States Marine Corps veteran, a retired Professional Baseball Umpire and an Emergency Medical Technician.
John enjoys going to church, being a father to his 3 children, and a husband to his wife Amy. John has a passion for sports officiating and continues to umpire baseball for the NCAA and local high schools.

Mario is one of our production managers. He has over 18 years of experience in construction and mitigation services. Mario holds certifications in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, AMRI-Mold and Carpet Cleaning. Mario's objective when he is out on the job is to provide the best customer service and outcome for his customers.
